Clair Brand ACII - Clair has been with Branko since 2003 and is the author of our series of DIY Compliance Manuals which includes the hugely successful BIBA version. Clair is a Board Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a former president of the Insurance Institute of Royal Tunbridge Wells. She works with our larger clients which include HSBC Bank, Barbon, Assured Futures, A Plan, Canopius and many other firms. Clair joined from National Provident where she spent 19 years in a senior departmental role.
Sue Coe - Sue joined Branko in 2004 having spent many years at National Provident in a project manager role. She's a very approachable consultant and a practical presenter and very much enjoys taking an audience through a thorny subject. Sue has worked with many clients including FGA Capital (Fiat), William Taylor and Acumus.
Katharine James MA (Hons) - Katharine first worked with Branko in 1999 when both of them were at PwC undertaking ABI and then GISC broker audits. Since then Katharine has spent time at KPMG and GISC and for the last four years she has been a large firms supervisor at the FSA. She has undertaken many ARROW assessments and understands how they are undertaken and therefore how firms and their senior management could best prepare for a successful FSA visit.
